Background: The Ottawa Curling Club, a full-service curling club located centrally in the nation's capital, is seeking a new tenant to occupy the pro shop space.
Overview: The pro shop space is approximately 225 square feet located on the second floor of 440 O'Connor Street. In addition, there is approximately 182 square feet of storage space available to the tenant in the club's secure basement. The space will be available effective June 1, 2023.
Tenant requirements: The Ottawa Curling Club is seeking a curling supplies and equipment retailer to occupy the pro shop space for a multi-year term.
