How to sign-up
Everyone will need to complete the registration process. The registration form will prompt for individual or team entries depending on the league selected. The Club Manager will contact you for payment.
What's changed this year?
In prior years, we used a separate team registration form, in addition to the member registration form. This year, each member registers and submits their league requests specifying their team composition.
Holding your team's spot?
Three (3) or four (4) of the team's members, from the same previous league, must be returning to hold a spot in that same league.
At least one team member must pay in full immediately to hold the team's spot.
All other situations are handled by the Club Manager, in accordance with the Club Policy for Late Registrations which outlines the Point System.
How to sign-up as an individual
If you are an individual looking for a team, please use the Free Agent Listing form available in the Member Section of the website. Please login to modify your availability and to search the list. It is also a good idea to talk to the Club Manager about your availability to join a team.
If you are an individual looking to join a league without fixed teams, please review the League overview for leagues that use draws from a board, or contact the Club Manager for advice.
What do I do if I share an email with another Member?
The new system needs one email address per member. If you do not have another email account available, please contact the Club Manager who can discuss your options.
