Membership and League Registration

Thank you to returning members who registered for the upcoming season! Early Registration for returning members was June 1 to June 9.

All teams must ensure at least one member has paid in full to hold the team's spot in the league.  Registration after the Early Registration period is subject to Club League Sign-Up Policy.

All returning members who have not completed registration, plesae do so with this registration link.

Returning Members will be prompted to Login with their account. 

New Members & Getting Started League

To become a new Member, you must first request an account use the "Sign-Up" link.  Registration opens June 15, and is on-going throughout the summer.

By June 16th, new accounts will be approved by our Club Manager, allowing access to the Member Registration to curl in club leagues.

Our Getting Started League is for those new to curling. Members sign up as an individual entry, and if the league fills up prior to the first week of this instructional league, the Club adds people to the waitlist.

Our other leagues are subject to the Club League Sign-Up Policy, and new members may submit requests to join one of these leagues. As nearly all of our leagues are full, new members are encouraged to discuss team-based league requests with the Club Manager

Step 1: 

Request an online Account for this website You will receive an automated email asking you to confirm your email address.

Completing the steps to confirm your email is required in order for us to complete your account request. 

If you do not receive the automated email address notice, please contact the Club Manager.

Step 2:

Once you receive an email notification that your account has been approved, you have access to Registration. Select your league requests during the Membership Registration process.

All Membership Registrations, including league requests, are confirmed via automated email within 24 hours.

Step 3:

Introduce yourself to our Club Manager.  This is a great time to confirm league requests and to discuss the payment preferences selected as part of your registration process.

Summer Office Hours

The office is open for several hours per day on weekdays, and the doors are locked unless there is a pre-planned visit. Email is the preferred method of communicating with the Club Manager.  In person bookings are generally available between 10am - 3pm, and are to be arranged in advance with the Club Manager.

If you have an appointment at the club, you are welcome to park at the club for the duration of your visit.

Summer Parking

The OCC rents out parking spaces over the summer.  Please contact the Club Manager if you want more details about renting a parking space this summer.

Please do not park at the club unless the Club Manager is aware in advance. 

CLASS A SHAREHOLDERS
Payment for Cancelled Class A Shares – Payment Request Form

Notice to persons who were holders of Class A Preference Shares of The Ottawa Curling Club, Limited.

The Class A Preference Shares of The Ottawa Curling Club, Limited were cancelled by the Shareholders at the meeting of Shareholders held on October 18, 2025.  All former Class A preference shareholders shall be eligible to receive payment of $0.625 per share. To receive such payment, said Class A preference shareholders must inform the Corporation in writing of their intent to receive payment no later than October 27, 2026.

A copy of this Payment Request Form for cancelled Class A Preference Shares was sent by Canada Post on December 8, 2025 to Class A Preference Shareholders of the Corporation for whom the corporation had an address recorded in the books of the corporation.  If you were a holder of Class A Preference Shares and did not receive the Payment Request Form, please download the form here and send to the corporation as soon as possible.

The completed Payment Request may be returned to the Corporation by e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; or by Canada Post: to 440 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 1W4, or by courier to 440 O’Connor Street Ottawa, Ontario K2P 1W4. The Payment Request is not complete until actually received by the Corporation.

Deadline: The Completed Payment Request Form must be received by the Corporation on or before October 27, 2026. No Payment Requests for cancelled Class A Preference Shares of the Corporation will be accepted after that date.

CLASS B SHAREHOLDERS
Payment for Cancelled Class B Shares – Payment Request Form

The Class B Preference Shares were cancelled by the Shareholders at the meeting of Shareholders held on October 18, 2025.  All former Class B preference shareholders shall be eligible to receive payment of $0.01.

This Payment Request for cancelled Class B Shares was posted to the Ottawa Curling Club website https://ottawacurlingclub.ca/ on December 4, 2025, and by order of the Board of Directors, there will be no further or other Notice to Class B Shareholders.

Class B Shares can only be redeemed by attendance in person at the headquarters of the corporation located at 440 O'Connor Street in Ottawa Ontario and is by appointment only. Appointments may be made by calling the General Manager at 613.234.4119

Deadline: The Class B Payment Request must be received by the Corporation at 440 O'Connor Street in Ottawa Ontario on or before October 27, 2026. No Payment Requests for cancelled Class B shares will be accepted after that date.
